Imaginary Glass Works came to be when I decided to retire from my Remolding business. Glass came into my life when a customer wanted her mirror recreated from a watercolor painting that she purchased while on vacation in Hawaii. And so began my love for Stained Glass and gradually my obsession with Fused Glass.
Being self taught has been the greatest experience. I have taken classes with some of the best known Stain/Fuse glass artists. Every incredible artist taught not only techniques, but most of all, emphasized that one’s uniqueness and heart is what completes a work of art.
I hope that you enjoy my pieces as much as I have enjoyed creating them!
Below you can see some of the process that it takes to create a piece. The Face one, was created at first to see how things would evolve, yet my granddaughter suggested I use it as the Company Logo. And who knew 2 years later I would consider it a self portrait of sorts in Fused Glass.
